Raising Funds for Legal Defense
I'm trying to keep up with everyone's well wishes and comments and thank each person individually but right now my head is spinning from all of this. Please accept my thanks even if I don't thank you personally. Thank you. With this kind of solidarity and mutual aid you are making the future come to life today.

A legal defense fund seems over the top to me but so many people have requested it that it seems like the right thing to do. I don't expect anyone to contribute so if you aren't going to, I understand completely.

Jailhouse lawyers told me I would need $15,000 for this, so lacking any other advice that's the random number I entered here. With any luck, this will be totally unnecessary and I'll either return your money or forward it on to someone more in need. I pray that is the outcome.
